    • Returns accepted only for unused products in original box and resalable condition.

    • Must request within 14 days of delivery.

    • Requires Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from customer service.

    Non-Returnable

    • Used, worn, damaged, misused, or altered items.

    • Accessories unless defective on arrival.

    Process

    2. Return at your expense; include RMA.

    3. Eligible refunds minus 20% restocking fee and original shipping.

    4. Processed in 7-10 business days.

    Defective Items
