OrthoVestTM Limited Warranty
OrthoVest warrants the OrthoVestTM orthopedic support device (the “Product”) to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of shipment or
first use, whichever occurs first. This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from
OrthoVest or its authorized distributors and is covered under U.S. Patent No. 11,202,479.
Coverage: During the warranty period, OrthoVest will, at its option, repair or replace any Product or
component that proves defective due to materials or workmanship, without charge for parts. This warranty
covers only the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Warranty Service Procedure: To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must notify OrthoVest within the
warranty period and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the
Product. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs to return the Product to OrthoVest for
inspection. OrthoVest will pay for standard ground shipping to return the repaired or replacement Product
to the purchaser.
Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from: (a) misuse,
abuse, or improper maintenance; (b) alteration, modification, or repair not authorized by OrthoVest; (c)
normal wear and tear, including stretching or degradation of belts, straps, or buckles; (d) exposure to
extreme heat, cold, moisture, or chemicals; or (e) use of the Product contrary to its instructions or intended
medical purpose.
Limitation of Liability: This Limited Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether
express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In
no event shall OrthoVest be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising
from the use or inability to use the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Voidance of Warranty: The warranty is void if the Product is altered, repaired by an unauthorized service
provider, or used in a manner inconsistent with the Product’s intended purpose.
