Welcome to Your OrthoVest™

Let’s Get It Fitted Correctly

Critical First-Use Guidance

Important: Watch This Video Before Your First Use
Your OrthoVest must be custom-fitted to your body for it to work properly. If the shoulder arches sit too low or the belt isn’t snugged up high on your hips, the weight transfer from your lead apron may be compromised — which means less protection for your neck, shoulders, and back.

Correct fitting is quick and simple:

  • Position the shoulder arches just slightly above your actual shoulders

  • Snug the belt tightly toward the top of your hips

Most users have it perfectly adjusted in about 60 seconds. Taking this step now will help you avoid discomfort and ensure you get the full benefit of your OrthoVest from day one.

Tip: After watching, put on your OrthoVest and adjust it right away while the video is fresh in your mind. It becomes second nature after the first fitting.
